Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible through our support channels.
Return Eligibility
As all Doodle Knot products are custom-made and printed on demand, returns are accepted only if:
- The product arrives damaged during shipping.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The return request is submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
- A complete unboxing video is provided as proof.
Returns requested after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for review.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To be eligible for a return or refund, customers must record a continuous unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully visible.
The video must clearly show:
- The unopened package and shipping label.
- The package being opened.
- The condition of the product upon arrival.
- Any visible damage, defects, or incorrect items received.
Edited, cut, paused, or incomplete videos may result in the return request being rejected.
Non-Refundable Situations
Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Incorrect product selection by the customer.
- Personal preferences or unmet expectations.
- Minor color differences caused by screen settings, monitor calibration, or device displays.
- Damage caused after delivery due to misuse, improper handling, or storage.
- Missing unboxing video evidence.
- Return requests submitted more than 24 hours after delivery.
Return Request Process
After an order is marked as delivered, the Return Request option will be available on the order page for 24 hours.
Customers must provide:
- Reason for return.
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
- Complete unboxing video.
- Any additional details that may help our review team.
Incomplete submissions may delay or invalidate the request.
Review & Approval
All return requests are manually reviewed by the Doodle Knot team.
We reserve the right to:
- Approve the request.
- Request additional evidence.
- Reject requests that do not meet the policy requirements.
Customers will be notified via email once the review is completed.
Typical review time: 2–5 business days.
Refund Process
If a return request is approved:
- A replacement product may be offered where applicable.
- If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
